Media Directorate of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research :

Under the supervision of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr. Yousif Goran, the weekly meeting was held at the office of the ministry on Sunday, 22/10/2017.
At the beginning, Dr. Goran expressed his sadness towards the current situation that the country is undergoing, and towards the families of the martyrs and the displaced people in disputed areas, and stressed the need to work on the continuation of the scientific process. He also called for unity among Kurds to serve the interests of people.
